Shipping policy

Free standard shipping is available Australia-wide on all orders over $89.

For orders under $89, a flat shipping rate of $10.95 applies.

Shipping to New Zealand is available at a flat rate of $15.99.

We currently ship within Australia and New Zealand. If you are located outside these regions, please contact us at customerservice@zhani.com.au to discuss available shipping options.

Please note that customers are responsible for any shipping costs associated with returns or exchanges. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. For more information, please refer to our Returns Policy.

Delivery
Orders are typically dispatched within 2–5 business days.

We use Australia Post for all deliveries. For estimated delivery timeframes, please refer to the Australia Post website.

Please note that shipping delays may occur during peak sale periods, public holidays, and other busy times of the year.

Tracking
You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been placed.

Once your order has been received by Australian Post tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
