Free standard shipping is available Australia-wide on all orders over $89.

For orders under $89, a flat shipping rate of $10.95 applies.

Shipping to New Zealand is available at a flat rate of $15.99.

We currently ship within Australia and New Zealand. If you are located outside these regions, please contact us at customerservice@zhani.com.au to discuss available shipping options.

Delivery

Orders are typically dispatched within 2–5 business days.

We use Australia Post for all deliveries. For estimated delivery timeframes, please refer to the Australia Post website.

Please note that shipping delays may occur during peak sale periods, public holidays, and other busy times of the year.

Tracking

You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been placed.

Once your order has been received by Australia Post, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we'll be happy to assist.

We offer a 30‑day return policy. You have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original condition and in its original packaging.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us immediately if anything is damaged, defective or incorrect. We’ll review the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

If you’d like a different item, please return your original purchase. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the item you want.

Refunds

We’ll notify you once your return has been received and inspected. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
